At this time, as the gas leak is ongoing, the potential is going to be high to public safety personnel only, moderate to civilians. As the patient count at this time is zero, it is not under control until Mac River arrives. 10-4. 1056 hours, duration 15 minutes, dispatcher 795.Responding units, minimum safe distance, three blocks, Richmond Terrace and LaFayette.
