That's Rockwood st Westmoreland locos hood but..they are not that active except on Westmoreland in the dead end..It's a lot of bums so I'm guessing it was MS because they been going to Rockwoods KTO 6th and union clique crossing them out or..it was Temple Street because they been having shootouts lately over there...
