Medic units to the Fort Mitchell Vet Center, 2495 Dixie, cross of Bursa and Engine, Corneille, for a female in the parking lot. She's been running around, acting erratic. The caller thinks she's under the influence, keeps her in the dumpster. It's a White female in a gold Ford Taurus, Kentucky, Robert, Nora, 525. Is that clear?
