City of Bravo 14, it's Robeson and Franklin. Bravo 14, Grover and Ann. Sam 4, for units being brought to a trespasser at Extended Stay, 770 West Rowan Street, 770 West Rowan off Woodside Avenue. Made contact with employee Denise on scene. Stating a black male in his 30s wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray pants is asleep beside the building. It's going to be near the entrance outside. No weapons involved, nothing further.
