Alright, 641 King, that's for your 23. However, referencing your 61, caller said he saw a male from a distance running towards 6036 North 19th Avenue. Possibly lost a pair of pants. They're on top of the fire hydrant that he hit. Caller couldn't see if he had pants on or not. It's in tow, 428.
