Can you please check over at the Georgian Apartments, 15875 Van Aken. Caller states there is what they are describing as a homeless person in a Chevy Cruze that is blue. Beginning of the license plate, King Union Queen 81. They didn't have the other two numbers. Stated the person's throwing trash onto the ground around the vehicle.
