2182, Tide Luxury Apartments, 35 Gold Star Highway. Me looking, they're pulling the parking lot to the left. There'll be a male sleeping on the ground, wearing a black shirt, black shorts, white socks. Possibly a hotel like, with a beard and short hair. The caller does say that they can see them breathing.
