10-4, call coming in for a nuisance complaint, Painter's Mill and Lifebridge. Caller was out for his morning run and was approached by a couple of panhandlers. Two number one males, a number two male, and a number two female. Says two were at the bus stop, two were under a tree, hiding. Just panhandling, begging for money and harassing him. He does not wish to be seen.
