At the Asian Kitchen, 449 State Street here. Caller reports the subject came into the restaurant, touched her inappropriately, and then left in his vehicle here. She thinks he's going to come back, but is otherwise not on scene. We're looking for a male, Black, 25, black hoodie, gray sweatpants, about 6'2", a dress, and they were driving a white SUV.
