401, 1516 North Peak Street. Comp states white male, black shirt, unknown pants, followed her to apartment complex on a scooter after trying to wave her down at nearby stop sign. Male is now sitting outside of apartment complex. Comp unsure of situation and very concerned. Gate is open. Comp's a black female, multicolored dress, sitting in a black Mercedes E400 in the parking lot.
