As I'm broadcasting first, we have a reckless driver in the area of Needs and Cedar, who's advising there's a Black male, juvenile, 15 to 16 years old, weaving in and out of traffic on a gas scooter. No lights on the scooter. Last seen southbound on Maple from Needs.
