Caller lives at 15, believes the building next door may be collapsing. Can feel her building shift and move and can hear sounds like a structure breaking. Crosses Clinton Street and Elizabeth Street. Again, that's Engine 5, Truck 1, Battalion 1, Engine 9. Rescue 9.
