Can you assist with an animal locked inside of a vehicle at Target, 1200 East 2nd, 12030 2nd Street, District 4. It's a calling party's vehicle. It's a Chevy Malibu, grayish-blue color, in front of the grocery side. Their parrot is stuck inside, and it's been in there for about 45 minutes.
