Fire alarm is dispatching on duty, Webster EMS personnel, any available cruiser. Going to be responding over to 60 Hillside Ave. It's going to be LifeSkills. Just took a 911 phone call from a female party over there stating that she needed an ambulance, could not tell me why, and then I could hear her arguing with somebody in the background and was unable to make contact with them. Tried calling LifeSkills back, and nobody is answering. It's now a busy tone. Again, fire alarm dispatching on duty, Webster EMS personnel.
