Respond to Lorain and Stearns at the intersection there. Got a traffic complaint from an employee at Dollar General. Says that a customer left, appeared to be extremely intoxicated and was driving. They had just left Sunoco. They are currently going southbound on Stearns from Lorain in a black Lincoln. Start of the plate was Mike Charlie Lincoln. Southbound on Stearns from Lorain.
