I have a run for you. Can you make the area of 20044 Woodland? Caller states that there's a black male with white shorts and white shirt on with a backpack and braids. Says he's going into people's backyards, jumping fences, going towards Peerless and Harbor. Thought it was strange and thought it should be checked out that he was going through the yards.
