10-4, response to D 75 Morganton Road, 5075 Morganton Road at TJ Maxx. Came over as reckless activity. Advise that there are 8 to 10 males that are running around the parking lot between the store and a silver SUV. Advise that they keep approaching one going in and out of the store and running in front of cars in the parking lot. No further.
