Jordan 5-4, Jordan 5-5, can you copy suspicious? 4. 5-5. Both units responding to Boardwalk Road and Rubicon Road, 4680 West, 10460 South. Complainants reporting two juveniles fishing at the location without licenses and hooking ducks. One is a white male, approximately 13, 4'10", small-build, sandy blonde short hair, wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants. Number two is 10 years old, 4'8", small-build, brown shorts.
