Any Olympic unit, 415 juveniles, 12th and Normandie. Suspects are two male Blacks, 7 to 9 years, number one with braids, wearing a white shirt, blue shorts, number two all black clothing. Suspects are riding an e-bike in an e-scooter in and out of traffic on Normandie, nearly cross TC. It's code 2, incident 3162 and RD 2055.
