Fresno 1 broadcasting for info, we did just get a report of a traffic complaint that the traffic signals are out completely on Shields and Fresno to Shields and Blackstone. PG&E has been advised and they're showing an outage in the area. They do have a technician en route.

6 Victor 12, in the last traffic, the lights are all blacked out on Shields from Blackstone to 1st as well. Yeah, I affirm. I was just going to broadcast that southbound Blackstone from Dakota, Fedora, Dayton, Shields. Copy. We'll go ahead and advise PG&E. There might be an outage in the area causing it.
