It was on broadcasting, a one-party disturbance, Cedar and Shepherd. One house male threw a metal rod at a city bus passing, hit the window to the bus. Looks like the bus is stopping now. And the suspect is northbound Cedar on foot. Fresno 190 fax unit on channel 4.
