Over to Speedway, 8667 South Howell Avenue. Caller is stating he would like a welfare check on a male, black, wearing a red jacket over his head. He was caught saying some inappropriate things to customers in the store. Staff are just asking that he leave the premises. 8667 South Howell Avenue, Speedway. We have two callers from that location currently.
