Buffalo, Wild Wings, 3441 Valley Plaza Parkway. 3441 Valley Plaza Parkway. Complainant about the male subject intoxicated at OTA, I feel him had a few beers, sampling the other substances. He tried to leave without paying, and now he's standing at the bar trying to pay his tab. Complainant doesn't know if he's going to try driving, but doesn't think he should.
