45, 13 and 23. It's upgraded to an assault just occurred. Windsor Place Apartments, 5607 Bear Road in the town of Clay, building D, David. Caller's a Frankie. Originally was a 15-year-old male caller who stated he was slapped in the face by a 15-year-old black female. Last seen wearing a black top and PJ pants behind the school. The father then got on the line and confirmed all this. Stated it happened behind the school across the street. No weapons, no intoxication.
