Engine 25 unit, broadcast for a highway violence, eastbound 580, east of 238. Suspect was a white Toyota Highlander with a plate of 9 John Sam Zebra 811. I don't have description at the time of the victim vehicle. Looks like they're currently in number 3. Suspect vehicle is not letting the victim vehicle merge and then break checking, but they're saying that the suspect vehicle is following the victim.
