3 Sam 15, dispatch. 3 Sam 15. Can you just advise Road and Bridge that there's heavy flooding on Sarah Ave and Clark Road? It's blocking the rightmost westbound lane of Clark Road and almost the entirety of Sarah Ave that I can see from this intersection. 10-4.
