The complainant's going to flash her lights and make contact when she sees the unit. The complainant's trapped on the corner of Southwest 18 and 18 Castle. Okay, you said 17 and 18. I'm over here at 18 and 18. What's the different level with the other? It's a white male, 54 years of age, wearing no shirt and shorts.
