Going to be for a vehicle that drove on the sidewalk, obstructed the whole traffic and was break-taking the complainant. Going to be for a brown Chevy Equinox, license plate X-ray Charles John, correction, X-ray Charles John 6620. Drivers, it's going to be a black female in her 27 and passengers a black man in their 20s. Last seen heading eastbound on Holly Hall. No other info.
