The weapon was in the area of North State and East Laurel. It's a white male, 30 to 40s, bald, heavier-build, in a gray SUV, unknown registration. Pulled up by the ice rink, got out of the car, and pulled out a handgun, pointed it at the caller. Vehicle was last seen southbound on North State, possibly heading back to Clinton Square area. 1743.
