2400, service call, Cascade Park, 2000 East Washington Street, cross of the Cache Street, city of Newcastle. We have a report of a man, a male that slipped down under the waterfall. Advising he is not injured, but he slipped under the trail where it goes under the waterfall. He's unable to get out. Use Newcastle Fire Response, LAC 1739.
