to check out the area of 419 2nd Street and 419 2nd Street between Colgate and Brunswick. A third-party caller stated that in the area, there were two Hispanic males. One was wearing a black shirt, the other one was a gray shirt. Stated that they'd been yelling and cursing at people walking by. Stated that she doesn't believe them. She doesn't feel sick. She left the area.
