12, backing up 37. We have a check person, Village Cottage Grove, Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store, 421 West Cottage Grove Road. Male, white, mid-30s to 40s in a hoodie and jeans. Just left the store on foot, intoxicated. Looks like he's had lots of alcohol as well. 17, concerned for safety if he tries to drive. Currently appears to be just walking around the parking lot.
