I have a disturbance of emergency at 3327 West Clarendon Drive. It's going to be an 80-year-old Latin male walking around in the backyard with a gun in hand. RP states male shut off the power to the residence. Male caregiver is inside the location with her 12-year-old and 2-year-old children.
