Large crazy guy walking across the street at 83rd and Bell. Yelling and acting erratically. Torn green jumpsuit on. Looked like he had been in a fight.. there may have been blood on his clothes and body. Police swarmed him with guns and had him on the ground in seconds. Not sure what he did but he looked scary to me.
Anyone know what was happening?
