3101, any unit to assist, sentence of larceny just occurred, outside 5 Below, 3587 West Genesee Street. 3587 West Genesee, between Murders Store and Onondaga, I'll be meeting with a Jessica Rollins. Reporting two juveniles, 13 to 16-year-old Black males, they stole a couple of balls from an outside bin. Also wants to report they're outside in the parking lot, approaching people, trying to sell candy. One wearing a dark shirt, black shorts. Second wearing a dark shirt with pink bling... And black shorts with headphones on. No weapons.
