I received two calls, I believe these are going to be weather-related, one of which said at Racine and Janesville that all of the signals were out and now they're flashing red. And then I received another call from Mill Valley Elementary School, an alarm company, regarding it, advising that there was a panic alarm and guessing that it's caused by a power outage as well. If you could just drive past Racine and Janesville and confirm that the red lights are flashing and then head to Mill Valley and just confirm that there are no problems there.
