Go for both. Going to Pebble Cove, 17600 134 Avenue Southeast. RP is DDavid103. Said it was in the parking lot in front of the DDavid building. Said the suspect vehicle hit her parked car. No injuries, but the other driver appears to be HPD or high and refusing to give his information. Looking for a gray Audi and a red sedan. Pebble Cove Apartments.
