Heavy assist medic, southeast 14th and Indianola. Southeast 14th and Indianola on an unknown problem. Car alert passerby said there was a Hispanic male, no shirt, with pants and shoes, and his face was all bloody. He seemed to bury out of it, was laying on the ground. Now he's walking northbound by himself in between the car wash and Mr. Eggroll.
