A caller on the line stating that the male he was having an altercation with brandished a handgun. It's a black handle with white lettering. It was wrapped in a military, in a cloth and put into a backpack, a military backpack. He said he pulled a gun on him on the porch. He's leaving on foot. Units, copy. Can we get a description of this male?
