Unit 535, got a water problem at the corner of Smith Street and Hazelwood Avenue. Smith Street and Hazelwood Ave. Caller states that there is a water main break on the left side of the road towards Le Moyne College. Water is pouring downhill into yards, and he also stated the road is starting to cave in there. Syracuse Water's been notified, DPW's been notified, but neither of them can respond for at least an hour. 640.
