Weapon call is coming in, but the man was not brandishing his knife. He was just holding it. 3131 Elliott Ave, a tax caller at the Pocket Beach. 12 minutes ago, caller saw a man holding a knife in his right hand, a case of beer nearby. He was not pointing the knife at anybody, but did have it in his hand. Hispanic male, 30, black hair, dark clothes, in a sleeping bag. 3131 Elliott Ave.
