Union 043, 424, vandalism that just occurred. 043. 424, read the delay. Tacoma Avenue, South and 6th Avenue, last seen walking westbound is a white female in her 50s, wearing a blonde wig, black shirt, black pants. Appeared higher intoxicated. She just broke the RP's boyfriend's side mirror and tried to attack two other people that were walking down the street.
