can you describe what you're seeing?
2 LEO SUVs were here when this alert happened. The 2 cars were already had their hazards on. Fire engine came up the frontage road going thr wrong way because it's quicker, but left after 20 minutes. The ambulance also showed up the same direction and is still here. During the live video, one of the officer suv alarms went off and nobody did anything lol.
Someone popped their tire(s). I heard it like 10 minutes ago and assumed someone was doing stupid stuff on the frontage road.
