I have a suspicious circumstance, 38th Avenue Northeast and Poplar Street Northeast, 38th and Poplar. Complainant's advising it's going to be a vacant house because the subject was trying to get into it. Time left is 30 minutes. It's going to be a white female and a white male. The house is going to be beige colored with a sand yard. Complainant's going to be a Chris Endegol and will be seen further when I get it. 053.
