Still Code 3, incident 4310, RD 1321. Any Van Nuys unit, 44 just occurred, 13368 Lippensburg Boulevard from the liquor store. Last seen on foot towards Dixie Canyon. Suspect is a male, Black, 40 years, wearing a red hood sweatshirt, gray pants. Code 2, incident 4341, RD 998.
