Invidence, correction, Engine 71, Ambulance 72, responding to 10430 West Upham Avenue, 10430 West Upham Avenue. Caller advised she smells a burning smell in her living room. She doesn't see smoke or flames. She thinks it's caused because she plugged an air conditioner into an extension cord. She will not evacuate. She refused EMS. She advised to go to the side door. If you hear a dog barking, it is locked inside of a crate. She suffers from panic attacks and just really is concerned about the air conditioning.
