528 North Monroe Street, 528 North Monroe Street, cross of West Prairie Avenue. Caller's advising there's a white car driving reckless in the area and yelling at the caller whenever they drive by the address. She sent her 15-year-old daughter down the street to attempt to gather a plate for you guys and hasn't seen her 15-year-old daughter since. Believes there was two males in the car.
