733 Ocean, I copy your message. 237 David at 824 West Amelia Avenue, 4000 North. It's going to be at the alley behind. At least three subjects establishing an encampment in the alley. They're smoking off tinfoil. It's going to be on 101. And their 30s, no known weapons. Complainant wants them moved along. No further contact at 1955.
