3402 and any unit to assist. It's a suspicious person just occurred, 222 Old Bridge Street, the DeWitt Veterinary Medical Center off East 2nd Street. Caller is a Joshua Griffith, willing to meet regarding an approximately 60-year-old white male. Walked up to the building window, was looking in for about 5 minutes. Caller confronted him and then he ran off. The suspect last seen wearing a dark baseball cap and a reflective hoodie. No weapons, receiving unknown intoxication. He was last seen headed behind the building towards Birch Street 10 minutes ago. 302, I copy.
