At the corner of Detroit and Woodward, if you guys could speak to a male, Vonnie. He said a Honda CR-V or HR-V almost struck him and his brother about three minutes ago when they were at McDonald's. Said that they headed eastbound on Detroit, Detroit and Woodward.
